Well think tank might be a little much but we are always brainstorming new ideas and some times we need to take those ideas a little further. That is when they enter the “Garage” and we begin to turn them into a tool all of you can use. Over time you will see the garage fill with items that are research projects, business solutions, marketing applications, open source code or just stuff that we want to share

To kick things off we have our first idea to make it into the garage and that is bMingle.com. Some of you might have heard me talk about this app and others might be wondering what bMingle.com is all about. In short we are looking to help you give your brand a solution that will allow your community to see what others are saying about your company and allow you to participate in the conversation with them on the platforms your customers are already engaged in. We feel bMingle will not only be a social monitoring tool for those loyal to your brand but also turn into remote customer service application that will allow you to deliver more information to your customer in the sites they use more often. At Airadis we feel you should stop forcing your customer to come to you all the time to get the info they need but instead give them to flexibility and tools to consume new information about your brand, products or service while also getting an alternative approach to customer service that will fit more into their online experience.In the end bMingle will give you this platform and the anlytics to go along with it so you can make strategic decisions based on what your customers are tell you now on what you are telling your customers.

We are working hard to get bMingle.com live in the next few weeks and next month many of you should be able to begin taking advantage of the bMingle platform and solution.
